Not a good taste

The supplement is very good, I recommend them

My doctor recommended these to me because I had low iron levels. They have a delicious berry flavor, are chewable, and didn't leave a metallic aftertaste in my mouth. I've been taking them for a month now, and they haven't caused me any constipation or stomach upset—unlike other iron supplements I've tried. The bottle contains 60, so it lasts for two months. So far, they have worked very well for me.

I bought this product because I have anemia and it has helped me a lot. I recommend it.

It’s very grainy when chewing .., I’d prefer next time, to buy soft gels or gummies as this is a little difficult to swallow.

The taste lingers in the mouth for quite a long time if you chew it. I found that crushing it in a small glass (shot glass) and adding 2 tablespoons of water and gulping it was a much easier way to handle the flavor. My body doesn't absorb iron in tablet form, so I have to have it broken down prior to it hitting my stomach. Three tablets in so far and this seems to be working well. If you can handle the taste of the iron, this is an easy way to get your daily iron, I just couldn't handle the taste.

These are not pills, these are chewable you take 3 daily and lasts 20 days only! total scam. The picture posted is not what they are selling. Chewable Hemaplex is 12 dollars anywhere and I paid 35.00. This was supposed to be 60 tablets and you should take half of a pill daily. I realized this once I opened the product so I can not return it. Don't trust them. Never again !!!
