NOW Foods Supplements, Eggshell Membrane (A Unique Biological Matrix Composed of Major Joint Constituents) 500 mg, 60 Veg Capsules

This is one of the best supplements I have ever taken. And of all the people I have recommended it to, there has been an 80% success rate. If there is a return policy, then you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by trying this. Also I give this to my dog for mild hip pain. It has worked wonders. Again, nothing to lose. Just take one per day per human or dog. I am not affiliated with this company but I am affiliated with my own aches and pains and that of my dog.

This stuff is amazing. I really believe it is building the cartilage back in my knee. My orthopedist is going to take X-rays on my next visit to see for sure. However, I am having to wear my compression brace only occasionally if I am walking a lot with no breaks. Two years ago I couldn't walk without a brace and a cane. In 3 months time the improvement has been radical even with a fall landing on the arthritic knee. I highly recommend this.

I was actually on Eu Natural Vegetarian Collagen Pills but decided to try NOW Foods NEM eggshell membrane when the Eu Natural pills ran out. Mostly because the Eu Natural pills had a strong smell. I started taking NOW Foods NEM eggshell membrane on July 21. Around August 3, I started experiencing secondary lactose intolerance. It got pretty bad, to the point where if I ate a stick of cheese or a small cup of ice cream, I would suffer diarrhea. I cut my usage of the pills and my symptoms went away. Went to the doctor. Apparently my almost two weeks of use of this pill blunted the lactase in my gut. My doctor told me to stop use immediately. I'm going back to the Eu Natural pills. I mean, they smell, but they work better and didn't give me an diarrhea and upset stomach.

Only 2.5 days in to therapy. My thumb is the worst followed by my knee. Today I used my thumb a lot and did a lot of stairs. Most say you notice in a week. This was 2 days and I noticed less stiffness, soreness and more flexibility. Also taking curcurmin at night and the eggshell in the morning.
