How flexible is this? I am looking for hand tape for boxing that still allows wrist motion

I would say somewhat depending on how tight you wrap and how much. A couple of wraps around not very tight and for sure there’s flexibility. I wrapped a wrist injury to climb and as it healed just wrapped it with less tape and not as tight. It also flexes more as you sweat.
