Not getting blood work to confirm dosage, but these are amazing in terms of pill size, taste(none), shape, and texture. They look like eggs the size of peas, very adorable. Smaller, smoother, and easier to swallow then other brands that only had 5000 units. Including K1 and K2 is nice peace of mind that I'm getting enough of of those, rarely included elsewhere. D3 is supposedly the superior form of D, so if they are truly 50k units, then A+.

This is a very strong Vitamin D3 supplement. After years of low levels, I found this one and decided to try it. I only take 2 a week. I just got my blood checked and my number was 107!!! (should be 60-80) Caution to taking too much. It apparently absorbs very well as my level was very high. Great value for the money. This company offers a lower 10,000IU version also.
