Purchased these so that we could mount TV's from the ceiling for the patients at our clinic. They can now sit back and watch Netflix while they get their teeth cleaned. Good quality mount and easy to use. Well worth the money

It stopped working after a few months. It moves down a bit, beeps and stops. I press the button again and it moves a bit more and eventually stops completely with three beeps and won't move up or down until I reset it (hold middle button). So I can't bring it down fully anymore. This same exact thing happened with the VIVO model too I had before this. VIVO at least gave me a refund, but neither Amazon or MOUNT-IT want to repair or replace this one. What a nuisance after the hassle these are to install each time

I read some of the reviews. Someone said it didn't come with all the screws needed for mounting to cabinets - mine did. came with screws for all the normal ways in which this would be mounted. Installing is pretty easy, yes it takes up additional room for the mechanism so it's not going to be as flush as just the monitor but it's not like they don't show pictures of what you're getting - too many people buy without reading or looking at pictures. The latch is fine for most mounting needs - not personally a fan of how it works but it works. Would prefer a more secure method of latching it but no problems so far.
