This has two separate kits for 2 different people?

Yes it came with 2 separate kits. I ordered 3 and tested 6 people.

Is each pack an individual procedure pack? Meaning each kit has an individual lancet, cotton ball, alcohol pad, and separate plastic pipettes?

Yes, each pack has everything you need for 1 test. pretty simple. If you are not sure how to do it, go to eldoncard website, they have a direction video. I did and it was simple.

Rh is actually a blood group that includes several antigens. Your probably asking if it tells you the "positive" or "negative" part of the blood type. That is the D antigen and yes it includes Anti D.

Is this test accurate?

It was for us. Even though my child wasn't able to get out but one drop of blood, the test was still very clear for us as to blood type. If you follow the directions carefully you should get clear results and for us, they were accurate results.
