Why is there no black adapter for connecting to the microphone in the package?

The black adapter that connects to the microphone is the one that comes with the microphone. Please find this accessory from the original packaging of the microphone. Our stand comes with only one silver adapter, 3/8" to 5/8" screw adapter.
