Great vacuum seal glass container! (doesn't work with glass etching cream, at least not for me)
amazing way to keep coffee beans fresh. A little disappointed in the type of glass for my own personal reasons (i wanted to personalize this with a stencil and glass etching cream, but this is one of those glass types that the cream doesn't work on) but for the sake of the product itself I'm super happy. The handle is great, and slides in and out easily... the seal is wonderful and keeps my beans fresher than anything that I've tried in the past. The glass is not fragile, and looks like it will hold up better than some of the water glasses in my cabinet. I purchased the large and medium sizes. The large one looks a LOT bigger than I expected, but when filled with a one pound bag of coffee is exactly the right size. The medium one is what I would consider perfect countertop size. I love that these are made of glass and easy to get in/out of and will purchase more in the future for other items besides coffee For anyone thinking about trying to etch this: I attempted to use Armour Etch (purchased at hobby lobby) and left it on for 45 minutes... it completely rinsed off without doing ANYTHING to the container. Maybe a different cream/product would work better, but this is the first product that i have encountered where the type of glass did not etch.

Saving Space in the Refrigerator
Perfect for good looking storage on the counter or in the cabinet. i have 3 and they continue to work well in keeping contents longer than typical storage containers. I store dry fruit (figs), coffee (whole bean), and cereal. With the exception of the cereal I kept the figs and coffee bean in the refrigerator, now I can keep on the counter and free up the space in the refrigerator.

What I was looking for!
I bought a few different sizes of this product and I am happy with all of them. It makes it easy to get a way from using plastic! I would prefer that the Mini's had the stainless steel bottom on the cap like the larger sizes. However they work fine and I like the size for a number of things. The Mini's did arrive with a broken jar but it was replaced immediately.
