Yoshikawa Yukihira Saucepan, 2.2 quart

This is hands down BEST pot. Craft is like it was handmade, and it heats double fast than regular stainless steel. I own Staub collections and Tefal, but this is something else and starting with the shape of it. Japanese art. Easy to wash, light, swirl perfect, best.

Amazing saucepan. Very quick to boil and ideal for cooking midnight noodle soup snack! The mini spout is so useful in pouring out the soup without pouring the noodles out (I usually pour the first lot of water that boil an instant noodle with a lid on, then run in cold water, then put fresh boiled water in with soup powder to make noodles chewy yet soup is not with the rumoured preservatives from instant noodles!) Tip is to never have the gas stove fire ring bigger than the saucepan, otherwise the saucepan will easily get darkened on the sides. I’ll only use this for cooking with sauce or soup. Don’t think it will be a good idea to sauté food then put liquid as it will make marks on the bottom. High quality stainless steel. Good purchase!
