Q: Where are the essential oils from?

Do not know the origin of the oils but the scent is lovely in the ones I received!

Q: How do you open the product? I already purchased and the lid/cork seems impossible to remove.

My husband kept twisting it while pulling up on the cork. My diffuser was hard to open as well. Good luck!
