Better buy something else, cheap quality, bent from packaging and the ribbon fell off from poor glue

I was looking for something particular. And I set out to do just that. Attain my goal...I regret to inform my ego that I have failed. Christian Slater has a fantastic hat in Young Guns II...... Christian Slater? ......... Young Guns II????????? ......... Anybody??? Anyway, that was the design I wanted. It has all the flare and nostalgia associated with the western era. When men were men and women were woman. And hats were fantastic. I bought two Australian cowboy hats which are great. But they just didn't have the same style. The same appearance and swagger of the Christian Slater in Young Guns II hat......... Christian Slater? ...... Young Guns II?????? Anybody??? Great film, great hat. And I eventually stumbled upon this Smiffy version of a cowboy cranial accessory. It looked the part, but once I received the product I came to be disappointed once more. It does NOT look like the showcased merchandise. The contours are far off, and the brim does not have the same subtle roll. It is not prominent at all, actually. And, the brim is wavy. That being said, I kept the hat. It will make a great Halloween hat. It is actually the one and only item I am willing to wear on Halloween. It looks pretty good. Despite my low rating due to the products inability to satisfy my quest for a true YG II replica, the hat is pretty good despite its flaws. I do recommend it if you want a nice cowboy hat for certain occasions. YEE HAW!!!

I'm conducting our orchestra playing the Theme from The Magnificent Seven and we're all wearing hats for this finale! It arrived only a few days after I'd ordered it. Only issue is part of the band around the crown pulled away and needs a little glue stick. It's not a real Stetson, but it's a great hat if you need for a costume. I feel like Yul Brynner already!

Für den geringen Preis habe ich eigentlich nicht viel erwartet, da vergleichbare Hüte in der Preiskategorie in den Kaufhäusern meistens Schrott sind. Von den positiven Rezensionen überzeugt, habe ich den Hut nun bestellt. Nach schneller Lieferung (3 Werktage) ist das gute Stück nun rechtzeitig für die bevorstehende Karnevalssaison eingetroffen. Verabreitung und Material sind wirklich überraschend gut. Die Hutform aber überzeugt mich am meisten, da es kein klassischer Cowboyhut ist, sondern eher den Look eines Marschalls (oder aber Lee van Cleefs) nachempfindet und sich dadurch von den Einheitshüten, die man sonst so bekommt, positiv und individuell abhebt. Da der Hut eine Einheitsgröße besitzt, passt er allerdings nich so gut auf kleinere Köpfe (Damen). Ich würde die Hutgröße auf 52-54 definieren. Ein innen eingelassenes Gummi verhindert, dass der Hut bei zu kleinen Köpfen ins Gesicht rutscht - gut gemacht. Klare Kaufempfehlung für alle Cowboys, Sheriffs und Marschalls da draussen ;-)

Following a drunken night playing Red Dead Redemption 2 this hat tuned up at my work place a few days later...Obviously I thought it would enhance my game playing skills and to be fair I think it does. To be fair it looks and feel like it costs a lot more than it does it is a good size and will fit most adult sized heads as it has an elasticated band sewn into it so it sits snug if you have a smaller head. I have an usually large head and it just about fits. It has survived the Grandchildren which to be fair speaks volumes for the quality. Definitely value for money.
