Says it expires 11/2015 or later?????? What does later mean. It is now 09/2019. Is it all expired?????

My bottles are marked “best by 9/2020” so I would guess yours are expired. Maybe you should contact Rugby Laboratories directly, phone 1-800-645-2158.

When does it expire ?

It’s been a while that I purchased this product, if I remember correctly there was an expiration date on the label.

What are inactive ingredients in sebex?

Inactive ingredients are water and most of the same ingredients you find in any shampoo, e.g., sodium laurel sulfate, citric acid, lanolin, fragrance.
