Easily absorbed & good flavours
Tried lots of gels over the years to support my running and most don’t sit well on my stomach. I’ve never had any issues with the Torq gels plus they have the added bonus of including electrolytes as I’ve had cramping issues at the end of marathons.

Perfect for high mileage cycling sportives
Never had gels in my life and got into a mess with a 100 mile training ride prior to my A & B events so decided to go with Torq gels. Consumed 15 gels at a rate of 1 every 30 minutes for a 120 mile / 13000ft Sportive at hard pace. Absolutely no stomach issues whatsoever and fuelling was perfect. Hydration was Precision Hydration 1500 electrolyte. The really strong stuff as cramps are an issue with me.
