Are these mini size or regular size...what size is better ti use??

These bungee straps are enormous. Measuring from the end of the hook on one end to the end of the hook on the other, the 4 straps I received measure 39", 50", 52" and 53.5". When stretched to what appears to be a comfortable maximum, they measured 78", 114", 116" and 118" inches long respectively. So these 3-4 foot ish bungees stretch up to about 6.5 to almost 10 feet! They seem robust and well built. I have one of the larger Rock N Roller carts and these seem pretty useful to strap things together compared to most typical bungee chords which are generally shorter.
