Does this product ward off mosquitoes?

I take 2 per day and it has protected me from seed ticks and ticks. Super important if you dont want Alpha Gal Syndrome. I have AGS already, but it gets worse if bit again. I hope that it has protected me from mosquitos as well Havent had mosqyito bites in years ive taken it. They can prob smell the garlic.
