Does the Keri orginal say on bottle its fir winter itch

The does NOT say for winter itch....it does say: For dry to extra-dry skin......I LOVE this lotion.....however, I use it for my extra-dry skin.....I can not say if it would help with your winter itch.....unless the itch is caused from dry skin.....then it should be of help....
