Trimark 060-0400 Flush Mount Baggage Lock 12054-37 (Key TM500 Not Included)

This was a perfect match to the one I had to replace. It was black primer just had to paint and install. Latch works great

Latch fits perfectly in old location on rv storage door. Even had the same key code as previous latch. Would recommend using these latches on other doors whenever you need replacements.

Fits like it should, being a replacement from the original maker.
