I see no problems - provided the table is large enough and there are no obstacles like coffee pots in the way. Maybe it is better to take breakfast on the floor?

Are the RPi interfaces exposed so it can be used as a Linux computer?

There's a little adapter that connects a RPi's GPIO connector (bought separately) to the circuitry on the servo controller board. This covers the full 40 pins. There is a fair gap vertically between the top of the Robot housing and the upper surface of the RPi, so it is conceivable that you could break it all out. On its own, though, it should be noted that you need to ADD a Linux computer (an RPi) - without a computer, this kit can never BE a computer. The kit DOES NOT CONTAIN A RPi. On occasion, instead of dismantling the spider, I have used the Pi without the connections to the robot, thus adding keybaord, mouse, display, camera- it worked fine. But the robot has a much larger footprint than a Pi so using it as a fancy housing for a Pi might not suit your space requirements.

Does this robot work with nvidia jetson nano?

Now the code is only based on Raspberry Pi. If you are good at coding, you can make it works with Jetson Nano.

What size ram is required for the pi board that is fitted to the hexapod, would 2gb ok, also what size sd card

2GB RAM is enough. 16GB micro SD card is enough.
