I just got this delivered and it’s fresh out of the box. It is a cute mug with a cute octopus design on it. The arm of the mug looks like it broke in shipping and caved in, resulting in little to no room for holding the mug, which makes it very awkward to hold. I bought this as a gift for a friend and I am not going to gift her an unusable mug.UPDATE: I contacted the seller and they responded super quick (within a couple hours) and we’re super nice. They are sending me out a replacement mug so I can send it to my friend.

Very cute, although the handle is very tight. I have very small hands and cannot hold this by just the handle. I must hold it with my fingers wrapped around the entire mug, with my fingers just resting inside the handle, otherwise it's a very tight fit. Withstood my dishwasher in the top rack without any issues.Pros: Durable, pretty and interesting design.Cons: Tight mug handle for most finger sizes.

I decided to buy this mug as a gift for a friend. The mug arrived on time and safely secured to me. It came in a cute box and was nicely wrapped. I took a look at the overall mug since there were a few reviews regarding the watercolor. My mug arrived in really good condition and the watercolor was done so beautifully. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
