Perfect for added electrolytes. The flavor was mild and tasty. A great value for the price. It is fizzy, I.didmt know that upon purchase, so it was a suprise, but it didn't effect the taste

The flavor is delicious and I do feel hydrated after. Also great for hangovers! Does not have an overly salty taste like some of these do!

I’ve been trying different versions of hydration boosters and the flavor was meh. Probably works, just not as great as others in flavor.

I really don’t like most hydration additives but this one isn’t bad and doesn’t have added sugar. And it does seem to rehydrate me more quickly than just water alone, maybe because a little flavor makes it easier to chug. If you must use an electrolyte tablet, I guess I recommend this!

I’ve tried quite a few of these nuun tablets and would have to say that this is my favorite flavor because it is subtle so I can drink it in any mood. I love that it’s not overly effervescent. Just enough to feel refreshing. These were a lifesaver when I was pregnant. Helped keep me hydrated when water alone didn’t feel like enough. I could definitely feel when I didn’t have one on a given day. A little pricey but I’ve spent $7 on worse things. 😁

Tastes great and really helps when I'm feeling run down. Better ingredients and no ingredients I don't want or need.
