These are 30 pack boxes. The photo is somewhat misleading as it looks like the old 100 pack box, but is actually much smaller.

What's with the original price of $565.00 and the Amazon price under $8.00. Amazon swipe a truck load?

These earplugs were never worth or selling for $565, likely the seller listed such a high list price to be able to show a 90+% price discount falsely.

I need to know if how many items come with the pack? 30?

Yes-there are 30 pillow packs and each pack has 2 ear plugs in it. They are fantastic-I just ordered for the second time, I live in a hectic household and use mine for sleeping.

do the individual pillow boxes have instructions printed on the boxes??

Yes. The instructions are printed on each of the pillow boxes. Pretty straight forward to use.
