Awesome little box/excellent service
I have several 61's and 81's that I purchased previously, and they have been running flawlessly for years. This was my first purchase of 110's, and I am equally happy with the 110's. However, this was the first time that I needed technical support from Shuttle due to a minor BIOS issue, and their technical support was fantastic. They were quick, responsive, competent and wonderful to work with. This is an excellent, well supported product. Highly recommended.

Fantastic and powerful pfSense machine.
This would be six stars if it supported the 2280 drive size, as it is you can switch to a 2.5" though. Has so much going for it, great little package. Makes a fantastic pfSense box if you pair this up with a little SSD, 4gb memory and the cheapest Celeron you can find. I think all the CPUs this supports have AES-NI and this has two genuine Intel NICs, everything you need for pfSense.Fans aren't really loud but the little fans cause a higher pitch noise than bigger fans. Cost of being small.Bonus, if you switch up to the DQ170 you can get v-PRO / AMT for KVM/IP support for not much more money. Wish I knew that ahead of time.

Good Budget barebone
Setup was pretty simple, popped in the CPU, RAM, hooked up the SSD. Unit fired right up with Ubuntu 16.04. No issues, seems quite sturdy. Little concerned about the proprietary SATA cable, but I won't be messing with too it much so it should be OK. The little mesh filter is not removable, but I suppose it is better than no filter at all, still pretty easy to clean. Would recommend for anyone looking for a small desktop grade unit

Very easy to assemble
Very easy to assemble, and solid once put together again. Using it with a cheap celeron for a PFSense box. All hardware etc. was detected right away with no issues. Has two intel NICs, easily routes gigabit from one to the other.

The case has been working fine, but the fans are a little louder that I expected. Specifically, they buzz a bit, compared to the Noctuas I have on my PC. I'd love to replace the stock fans with something quieter, but they're an odd (extra thin) type.
