Stop working not getting any service centre

With the name tag Led Lenser we expect premium quality but in this case its really bad. I agree that its a strong torch with sturdy build and capabilities but few things make it very unfriendly to use. First of all, it heats up to the extent that you can't use the torch in your bare hands in highest lumens may be after 10 minutes of continuous use. Second thing is except strobe mode there are only three different light intensity adjustments which is really pathetic. At the highest intesity(100-1400lumens) since you can't hold the torch for more time and if you change it to next lower itensity, it will be really low I mean 150 lumens is the option and next level of intensity is 15 lumens which is still lower and no one will purchase this torch for using at that intensity. So, the product dissapointing.

I bought this product in Dubai and hardly used it for few weeks and it stopped working . Battery shows fully charged but no light throw. Approached the service centre in Dubai and they returned it saying problem fixed. But after few days it stopped working again . So pathetic

Robusta por su fabricación en aluminio. la iluminación en gran superficie es potente, pero cuando cierras el foco a media/larga distancia se difumina y no focaliza tanto como otros modelos
