I have a very busy job with a lot of context-switching. I am new to the job but not new to the field, and having freelanced previously working at my own pace and compartmentalizing in my own way gave me a certain amount of freedom. Meaning, my brain got to create its own rules. I don't make the rules anymore and it felt for a while like it was in indictment on my brain when really I just needed time to adjust. Having adjusted quite a bit it was still not amazing when my inner monologue went off the rails of built things up to more than they needed to be. Normally I'd say it's imagined a bit, because it isn't suppose to work super quickly, but it's a *noticeable* difference. I feel more attached to myself mentally and just...even? Not in emotional vividness, but there's no rising and crashing in terms of "flow" or productivity. I will say that I am also trying a citicholine but I tried the bacopa independently first to track changes. It does have a really specific smell but to me strong does not equal bad and I kind of like it. Like woodsy-spicy? I don't notice energy effects but it's early days. And for the difference it makes it really helps you observe the effects if you sleep well. It's not a stimulant and in some nootropic-like combos (L-theanine and caffeine for example) I feel like I taught myself zippy=smart. I'd much rather feel like this and still retain the fatigue I gave myself for other reasons than crash a lot or begin to get into a weird "tolerance" loop with caffeine which has its own issues. I'll update if anything changes but this was the best week at work so far in terms of owning my confidence and not having anxiety-sponsored emotions or distorted perceptions. I don't think it's 100% a supplement but I don't think it's 0% either.

Coming down to product, I think it would be too early to comment on the effectiveness of Bacopa, as it memory enhancement effects show up after 4-6 weeks of consistent use(Even our Ancient Ayurveda testify for its efficacy ).However, the anxiolytic effects(on anxiety reduction)are quite acute and express immediately. Also considering the fact that Synapsa standard are created by CDRI,An India based institution, it gives more hope regarding the legitamacy of this item. Rest can only be said after 4-6 weeks...

I think this actually works. My train of thought seems to flow better. Less stumbling for words. Caps are rather large and smell bad. Still worth it! My doctor recommended this product and brand due to actual research and testing on people.

Anxiolytic properties, Nerve Growth Factor and others...great stuff. However it seems best if taken later in the day vs earlier, otherwise productivity may suffer. But on the reverse side , staking Bacopa earlier in day with your favorite stimulant may be day ok. Since its relaxing abilities affect motivation when using stimulants be mindful not to push yourself more than a few days or it may back fire and leave you extra tired. Interestingly its relaxing properties have a distinct affect on nerve pain for my sciatica....after looking into it there is much known about Bacopa sciatica refief.....pheeeeew Finally relief and a suprise benefit !!
