My son is 8 and 56 pounds. His friends at the academy have snowboards they ride on the hills there. Does this board provide good maneuverability?

Remember, this is a toy board NOT like the boards at resort rentals... we used it on midwestern prairie hills, not rugged terrain cliffs, and it worked really for us at the same stage IN OUR AREA.

3 snowboards given to my 3 sons for Christmas. First snow 2 weeks ago and straps broke on each board. How do I go about requesting replacement straps?

I had this issue as well. I was told by Amazon to go back to the manufacturer, which I did. They have never responded to my inquiry. I have resigned myself to the fact that I bought a piece of garbage. Sad thing is, I paid about $50 prior to Christmas, and when it broke, the price was about $25....double whammy. I would never recommend this product to anyone. Sorry to hear you had the same issue.
