I love these lights!!! Very bright and very handy. I love that it has different modes, but you don't have to cycle through them. When you turn it off, regardless of mode, about 2 seconds later the switch resets. No more turning on your flashlight to strobe or s.o.s. setting. The lens cap unscrews easily, but a bit of electrical tape fixed that for me. Fairly powerful magnet; it'll hold fine, but one bump and it's probably going down. Even with these 2 minor setbacks I would recommend this flashlight to anybody. Oh, and get some 18650 batteries for it. And no use buying the cheapies, trust me.

Very bright and well made. Overall, very satisfied. Shipped quickly and in good condition. One note that has nothing to do with the seller. In the commercial it shows the guy raise the top section and the side light comes on. Doesn't work that way. You have to push the button through all the modes until you get to the side mode. If you leave the the side mode on and then close it, of course it will be on when slid up. Still a great lite.

Don't be fooled by the ad on TV. These flashlights are much better than what I have previously bought locally it still does not come close to what they advertise on TV (surprise, surprise). Anyway, My deck on the East side is about 35 feet long and there is no light so when I'm chasing an opossum off the deck this flashlight is great; however, it will NOT light up the house across the street which is only about 20 feet away. Not sure how to compare it to something else so I will just list the things I like about these. First of, I bought two of them on sale so I got them for a good price. I’m sure there are lights out there that are better, brighter, lighter, bla bla bla. This has a magnet on the end to free up the hands or use as a small task light. 5 different light modes with focused light, general bright flood light, softer flood light and some strobe versions. I also like the one that you can use as a task light. It can also accommodate regular AAA and some rechargeable batteries. I’m not going to hunt Rambo or Mark Wahlberg in the forest so it works for me as an emergency light in the car and house. Can you kill a mountain goat with it? I wouldn’t be able to answer.
