Great phone
What can I say I haven't spoken with this phone yet but will do. Its got good features and everything works well so am happy with it.

Not easy to use and cannot get QR reader to work
I already have a simple phone and couldn't really use my so-called 'smartphone' so thought I'd try this. Not finding it easy to use at all, and cannot get the QR reader to work, which is one of the reasons I bought it! Guess I'll just have to use it as a second simple phone. Very disappointed. Also, it seems the battery doesn't last very long either! ;-(

What a waste of money!
Do not buy! This phone is cheap and the battery life is absolutely rubbish we are not avid users and only have as cheaper than a landline however all we do is charge it! When it is fully charged it gets down to 40% without being used within a couple of days then from 40% overnight it is dead to only be out back in charge! Do not buy!!!

Grandad's new phone!
I bought this for my Grandad who needed a new phone. He wanted to venture into the more technical way of life. We have tried completely touch screen phones and he has struggled, so this was perfect. Touch screen but with the safety net of buttons to keep him grounded lol. This phone has been great so far. Easy to use, great battery life, no regrets or problems!

Felt cheap and tatty
The phone is not worth the asking price, it didn’t feel robust and the text on the display did not sync correctly.

Doesn't support WhatsApp video calls
Bought to allow WhatsApp video link with isolated elderly relative. Says supports WhatsApp, but the product info leaflet says does not support WhatsApp voice or video calls
