Exactly as described. The side and length were as little slack but it make for an easy install. Update on Sept 25, 2023 After a few years of use, it is still showing like new condition. Highly recommended. Definitely worth 5-stars +++

It doesnt crinkle, doesnt make noise. Just a good thick protection for the mattresses with a good terry cotton top. It looks like it will last for some time, even the zipper - unlike some more expensive ones that I had in the past where the zipper broke instantly and were garbage made in china. Would definitely buy again and recommend this one!
