Hydrant Hydrate No Added Sugar, Individual Hydration Electrolyte Powder Stick Packets with Zero Sugar and Electrolytes for Rapid Hydration (Lemonade, 30 Count)

1st - it is rare to find a product like this sweetened with monk fruit, an expensive, zero-calorie sweetener, a great alternative to erythritol, stevia and Sucralose. We love using monk fruit to sweeten and this hydration product does a wonderful job of tasty lemon. While it isn’t overly sweetened the way most seem to be, and so it won’t be favored by sweet-a-holics, you can always add little more of your own. In my opinion it is quite unfortunate that nearly all zero-calorie products use Sucralose. Which is great if you wish to wipe out most of your gut beneficial, immune enhancing, micro biome in one drink! Look at the research! I value my health much to use Sucralose sweetened products. Erythrotol is often used with monk and/or stevia to produce inexpensive sweetening possibly because it is inexpensive and adds no flavor, usually as the main sweetener shown inconspicuously on the package. But you may pay the price of widely-reported gas and bloating. On a side note, I’m not a fan of the after taste of stevia. I have noticed that some products using monk fruit add a very slight malt-like flavor. I barely noticed it in this product, but it was very slightly evident. And frankly did not bother me. Other than that, you’ll always get the best taste when sweetened with real sugar. So be aware that the taste of this product cannot be the same if you hoped for either sugar or possibly the Sucralose you are used to having. It appears to me that some of the reviewers didn’t notice when they first purchase this product that real sugar was not used here as the main sweetener. And I suspect that some have a strong preference for sweeter products. One final note. I noticed some reviewers complained that the product didn’t dissolve immediately. I noticed that also. Just be patient and give it a few more stirs and you may have to hit a couple of stubborn little pieces with your spoon. It seems to be the price to pay. But for me, it’s worth it. We will definitely be getting more!!!

I have chronic dehydration. This is no miracle worker but it does help! One of these at bedtime keeps me from waking up with a sore throat. The lemon flavor is really good; not too strong it doesn't linger in my mouth afterwards. It dissolves well and is extremely easy to travel with. Definitely pricey but I feel it's worth it if you can afford it. Especially since it has not added sugar which is so hard to find!! It works great for disguising medicines such as miralax as well~

It was really hard for me to find an electrolyte mix that did not contain either Stevia or Sucralose. I don't like the taste of either of those. The taste of this mix is very mild and not sweet at all. I do enjoy the taste. You could also potentially add a little bit more of monkfruit sweetener if you want it a bit sweeter. The drink is very refreshing. If I had one criticism it would be that the powder clumps up in cold water. I only like to drink cold water so that is a bit of an annoyance. I would recommend this to anyone on a Keto diet.

This tastes great, super portable, and does not contain extra sugar. We use a lot of Gatorade and Pedialyte. This is so great because it is pre-measured and you can use reusable water bottles to mix. This is great because my kids travel with their basketball teams a lot and now they do not have to pack heavy Gatorade they can pack their reusable bottle and these little packets. We keep some in each care and each gym bag. We really like this product. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the cost. It is very expensive in comparison to other options.

Love this stuff! Rehydrates without sugar . Has monk fruit which is a natural sweetener. No artificial sweeteners, or dyes. 😊

This is the only electrolyte drink without stevia. Artificial sweeteners make me sick, and I'm a cancer patient so this is the best alternative for me. I love it and will continue to order it.
