I have a Lenovo laptop that I need to bring with me when I travel. However, the original Lenovo AC charger is huge and heavy. So I bought this charger to charge up my laptop. It worked exactly as described; it got hot when it was charging, which is normal. It cooled down after the battery reached 100%. It's super fast too, my laptop went from 10% to 100% in about an hour and a half, an average of 1% per minute!!! Highly recommend it!!!

I bought this compact charger for using on my HP laptop during travel. It replaced the bulky power adapter saving space and weight in my backpack. It is quite compact and two-prong plug folds and can be used in more sockets in the hotel. We carry USB-C cables anyway for charging other devices. I am very happy with this product because it simplified my life during travels.

Feels robust and well made. Plugs in and out smoothly, yet secure and solid like should on both sides of voltage providing great stability... good fit on 110volt side and USB-C side. Charges fast and appreciate the foldable plug. Does not get hot/overheat and power supply is stable and consistent. Compatible with wide range of charging applications and does not let you down on any of them. Competitive on and in this market arena and far less on cost than most... so, it is a bargain in my opinion as well. Thanks Amazon.

4/5 – This charger works well for powering a laptop and delivers the expected 65W output. It’s compact and reliable for that purpose. However, it does not seem to support super fast charging for phones, so phone charging speeds are pretty average. If you mainly need a laptop charger it works great, but it’s not the best option if fast phone charging is important.

Seems like a good USB C power supply, it is compact enough to carry easily and it actually supplies 65 watts. It powers my Asus ROG Ally just like the original power supply. My Ally will run in the 30 watt mode plugged into this. It also works with my 45 watt Lenovo laptop. The power supply gets warm while in use, but not excessively hot. The only issue I had was finding a cable that was capable of delivering enough power. The only thing that I had that would deliver full power to the Ally was a very heavy thunderbolt cable rated for 5 amps, so keep in mind that you will probably have to buy a cable that can actually deliver 65 watts to your device. I got it on sale for about $11, so I'm very pleased with it, if it dies quickly or anything like that I will update this review. Update: The orignal charger that came with my Ally died on me so I bought another one of these amazon ones, they seems like solid chargers that fully power the Ally and charge it even when it is running on the 30 watt mode and running a demanding game. The charger getts hot when putting out the full wattage, but hopfully it was built for that, no problems with them so far.

AWESOME charger. High wattage, usb-C port, compact size which means space saving. It’s not a wide box or one that takes up room. Charges well, and fast. Highly recommend for a budget charger.

It's a fast charger but not a PPS charger. I didn't read the fine print. So this does not super fast charge a Samsung 24Ultra (and newer ones). It'll only fast charge at 25W. To me that defeats the whole purpose of a 65 W charger. My fault for not reading the fine print. Do not buy if you're looking for a super fast charger. I may return but checking the charging for a laptop.

I picked up this Amazon Basics 65W GaN wall charger, and it has been absolutely fantastic. The compact size with the foldable plug makes it incredibly easy to toss in a bag when I am heading out to shoot content for Footpaths and Frames or prepping for a long day driving routes around Edmonton. It fast-charges my Pixel 10 Pro XL perfectly without getting overly hot, which gives great peace of mind. If you need a reliable, high-speed wall block that does not take up too much space on the power bar or in your travel bag, this is a highly recommended pickup.

Gallium Nitride tech never ceases to fascinate me - how we can get such incredible power delivery into such a small package. This charger is impressively compact, with a plenty-high-enough 65W output. In my case, I'm powering my soldering iron with it, but it serves equally well to quickly charge my Pixel 8 Pro if I decide my 20W adapter isn't fast enough already. Build quality is also excellent; the charger is encapsulated in a matte black plastic, which feels plenty solid. The $33 I paid for this is exceptionally good value, and it's a no-brainer to recommend it over something that costs $20 more like most other name-brand GaN chargers on Amazon.
