I bought the 16 oz version, and they work great for my punching bag. They fit like a glove and feel sturdy and durable. In the images they show a support bar/grip that you can hold but I'm not sure what that is on the product. Nevertheless this is is a very breathable yet padded pair of boxing gloves, that, for $35 dollars, cant be beat. As a bonus the black color looks sleek and feels it as well.

They fit tight, giving my wrists and fists a strong support in order to deliver strong punches. Really comfortable. Still light and would not slow down my punches.

Great for my son’s boxing training. Good quality and surprisingly doesn’t hold a stinky sweat smell. My 12 yo says they are very comfortable and easy on and of with the Velcro.

These are great gloves. We use them once a week and they are holding up very well. I like the weight of them and they protect the hands really well.
