How should this brush be cleaned?

I usually just pull out any hair from this brush, and then occasionally give the bristles a quick wash with hot water and some gentle, non-toxic dish soap on the bristles. I rinse well, shake it to get as much water off as possible, and then set it bristle-side down on a paper towel. I've had this brush and the larger oval size for four or five years, and they are still in terrific condition.

Need replacement rubber cushion for this brush. Where/how can I buy it? Thank you.

NOT SURE THEY HAVE REPLACEMENTS, MAY NEED TO BUY A WHOLE NEW ONE. I DONT BLAME YOU THOUGHT, LOVE THIS BRUSH !!!!!

Does the bristles rip the hair out? Does it pulls and breaks out the hair?

Any tool used on the hair can be damaging if you pull and tug on your hair. The key is to use a wide tooth comb or finger detangle hair first then use brush to strengthen and lengthen hair strands. Be gentle on your hair if you want to maintain growth and less breakage.
