Does this oil contain 20% camphor ? I want it for sore muscle.

Better than that - 100% pure camphor. I have been pleased with it. It should help your sore muscles in addition to helping to clear your sinus cavities when you breathe it. Another item that is hard to find is White Flower - I think the manufacturer is out of business. If you can find it, buy it! Mary

Can it go in a diffuser?

I bought this product from NOW, and read the reviews first before ordering. All the negative reviews are not included when you click on the 5 stars for reviews. My bottle did not have any canphor smell or did not test cool to the skin. I would never recommend this product by this company, NOW, under any circumstances. They have repeatedly sold this product as camphor, knowing it was fraudulent. I wouldn't buy anything from NOW.

Extremely disappointed with my purchase.

This is definitely not camphor oil. The product smells like Eucalyptus oil and I am most certain since I have been using Eucalyptus oil for almost a decade now.
