Works well and fast.
This is my go to hair bleach. It is powder and developer. So much better than "boxed bleach", but packaged simply for a single use.It makes enough for my hair, which is past my shoulders, with thin/fine strands. It lifts quickly, even on darker hair.

Works really well
I’ve had trouble with my natural color lifting very well over the years, even at the salon. So I was apprehensive about how this would work. But also not wanting to leave it on too long and cause damage. So, I only left it on for about 15-20 minutes, and this is the result. I’m not mad at it at all! It’s a little brassy still, so I am going for a second attempt to lift it the rest of the way because the pink I want will definitely be more on the orange side if I leave it like this. It didn’t burn at all. Just a slight tingle. Really easy to use. I wish the little bowl they include were just slightly larger because I had to be really careful mixing so as not to spill over the sides, but I managed. Overall, very happy with this product.

We Needed THREE KITS For 1 Bleaching
1. It works. We got great results in ONE bleaching, using foils, for a full hour; level 30 because we were putting semi-perm blue/purple over it2. We needed THREE KITS for hair that was long and layered and curly past her shoulders. That's why I rated only 4 stars. If you're just retouching roots it (one box) should be enough but I advise you to get at least TWO or THREE KITS. The next time we do her hair with a kit like this I'll get four (4) kits because I'd rather have too much than too little.Luckily I was very meticulous and I realized ahead of time I'd need more than one kit but it was close. Three kits was barely enough. We used 21 foils. The kit comes with a tiny plastic mixing tub, so we used our own larger bowl; our own non-latex plastic gloves; a hair cap, a mixing/painting brush, developer, and the bleach. I'm telling you now that tub is too effing small. I used a medium/large glass bowl with a plastic mixing spoon for 2 kits right off, then when it was clear I needed the 3rd I mixed that one too.I had to make my own foils with aluminum foil because I didn't think ahead. That was fine. But anyway since you have to soak and saturate every strand, especially since we were going to put on a fantasy color, a single box won't be enough. It just won't. Budget for more.Texture once mixed, when you used ALL of the powder and and ALL developer is like a custardy paste. Apply it by blending it/brushing/feathering/smoothing into thin sections of hair and **fold** into foil flatly.Start at middle of hair length, an inch from scalp, down to tip, until hair is very light. Then go back for roots... only after her strands were blonded; the hair wasn't white but we didn't want it to be. It wasn't a 100% perfect job but it was close.

worked really great, even on a ginger!
I looked everywhere I could for advice on how to bleach my red hair, and everything I found told me to go to a professional and pay a terrifying about of money. My hair, for the last three years, has ranged between 1-3 inches long, I'm not paying $200 to bleach it. So, I tried the Arctic Fox kit, as that's what a beauty store employee recommended. It didn't do ANYTHING. Straight up nothing. So, against all recommendations, I bleached it again 2 days later, with the Arctic Fox kit, just to see. Again, NOTHING. More than that, not even any DAMAGE. I was so confused. I had already bought purple shampoo/conditioner and all the other stuff I needed, so I committed to the bit and decided to buy a different kit. I was gonna buy the Wella one, but that tub was more pricey than I was willing to spend for a bleach job that was only gonna last a month or so. So I bought this! I love the Manic Panic colors so I hoped the bleach would be just as good. WONDERFUL. Didn't disappointed at all. Lifted the ginger right now (natural ginger, so this is great). Recommendations online said if your hair was brassier/more orange to start with, buy the blue one. And it really seemed to work! It also did very minimal damage, didn't burn, and didn't make any weird sizzling noises (Arctic Fox did). It did make my scalp a bit red but to be fair, this was the third time I was bleaching my hair in one week, and it went away after a day or so. Was perfect!!! Will definitely buy again.

From the hair gods .
Okay , I have colored my hair every single one there is , I’ve used box black , I’ve used every kind of bleach , cheap , expensive all of it . This stuff ? Omg . The hair gods made it themselves . Typically dyes / bleach’s really anything with chemicals BURNS my head super bad but there wasn’t even a tingling sensation with manic panic , my hair does feel a bit dry but to be expected after using chemicals on my hair . I let it sit for about an hour under the cap no foils it almost completely stripped the SPLAT red I had , if you know about splat than you know that’s pretty darn good results . I’m going to go in one more time to try and fully remove the red/pink and will update after that . Over all , I highly recommend & WILL buy again and always unless a formula is changed .

Works very well but the powder amount is very small
Powder to liquid ratio is too small. It does bleach as it should
