Good product. Not sure if it "works" though.
Seems decent. It definitely calms, but it leans stronger on the camomile. If you need to focus on something like a scent to get your mind off things, I'd say this works. But I have no clue if it makes me any drowsy. Perhaps I am not using enough? But I am scared to use more than 2 sprays... I can't find any recommended dosage or the amount of "melatonin" that's in it... That's worrying. I wonder why it is not regulated at least enough to mention that. It could be possible I am not using enough. Otherwise, this product seems like there's nothing special about it. The scent fades quick, but never fully disappears until much later. It doesn't seem to leave any marks on fabric but I only started using it.Overall, I have no clue if it is supposed to aid very well in sleeping.It works for me by letting me fall asleep sooner, but any nice scent will work for that.I think I am happy with my purchase, but I expected stuff like drowsiness or sleeping +6 hours straight without waking up multiple times. Alas, it didn't help in those regards, but that just might be because I use too little.

Smells nice and strong but not for a pillow. It doesn't smell natural, it smells artificial. I wouldn't use it for sleeping.

Lovely scent that envelops the bedroom
I bought this pillow spray on a whim, as I was trying to replace a spray from another company. So glad that I made this purchase. The spray has a lovely scent - the lavender really comes through - , which is long lasting and envelops the room in a cozy way. I will say that the increase in price is a bit concerning, but if the spray ever comes up on a discount, then I will repurchase it. Really lovely product from Dr Teals.

Relaxing scent, become part of a calming wind-down routine
This has become a nice addition to winding down at the end of a long day — a few sprays on the pillow and the scent is calming without being overpowering or artificial-smelling. Mist is fine, doesn’t oversaturate the pillow or leave it damp. Scent lingers just long enough through the night without being so strong it’s distracting. Nice ritual to add to a bedtime routine, gives a signal that it’s time to relax and wind down. Bottle size lasts a good while with regular nightly use. Great addition if you’re building out a calming nighttime routine, especially after a long shift when winding down doesn’t come easily.
