I had to contact Amazon 4 times until the product was delivered. When it finally arrived, using the mouse felt unnatural due to the unusual shape and my fingers did not feel comfortable in a bent position while using. Not recommended.

Producto 5 estrellas con solo un contra: el tamaño del receptor bluetooth es del triple del tamaño (en longitud) de un nano receptor promedio. Por lo que he averiguado esto se debe a que no escatimaron en poner un receptor mas grande para mejorar la señal y esto se nota.A mi particularmente el receptor no me molesta y no he tropezado hasta ahora con el durante el uso, por lo demás, funciona tan bien en una mesa de madera como en cristal transparente y se pueden hacer largas tandas de uso sin ningún tipo de fatiga o estrés en la muñeca, la forma ergonómica esta MUY bien estudiada para cumplir su función. la rueda del ratón va muy suave y precisa, y los botones del dispositivo son completamente personalizables desde la app (descargable en el sitio web de microsoft) del mouse. Solo hay que tener en cuenta la configuración de la velocidad de la rueda una vez instalada la app para que no produzca saltos o mal ajuste con respecto a la configuración predeterminada del mouse en la sección "hardware y dispositivos" en "panel de control" (que coincidan los dos ajustes).Pro:-Calidad del producto: 5 estrellas.-suavidad y precisión de funcionamiento: 5 estrellas.-Diseño: 5 estrellas.-Resolución de funcionamiento (2400 dpi): 5 estrellas.Contra:-Tamaño del receptor del mouse: 3.5/4 estrellas.

What makes this "ergonomic" is that it can be moved around without a tight grip due to its height (it's a bit taller than a typical full-size mouse) and its more rounded shape (a bit like a ball) which means it fills your hand more fully. The weight and friction of your hand, plus the position of your thumb, is enough to allow you to control it with just a little arm effort: no independent finger or wrist effort is needed apart from click pressure. Even less effort required if you max the pointer speed so that a little mouse move creates a large move on screen. This is exactly what I wanted.This means there's almost no stress in your finger or thumb joints (my problem) or wrist because it's your arm that's doing the work - everything else can stay in one position. Also your wrist is kept at what feels the correct angle. It's worth pointing out (and obvious to most) that your desk needs to be at the right height for your arm and shoulder or you won't get the benefit of this design. IKEA's adjustable table legs work really well to get this benefit.Standard mouse features work well. My only gripe is the scroll wheel left + right tilt click: that it clicks is good but those functions can't be customised and only effect left and right scrolling. The other buttons, though, can be easily re-assigned to different tasks by downloading the software from MS, though the mouse will also do basic stuff straight out the box just by plugging in the USB dongle and switching it on.Other good things:- magnetic battery cover and magnetic dongle 'cubby hole' in mouse are minor but quite cool and useful if you plan to travel.- size: this is a full-size mouse which is ideal for those with a permanent desk top set-up.- clicking: for me there's just the right amount of pressure needed to click; it's a good feel.- accelerated vertical scrolling (needs MS software) is super quick on long web pages.Other gripes:- lack of a cord tying-on point. Might seem counter-intuitive for a "cordless" mouse but to stop it falling off my desk I've superglued a small rubber loop on the front and have tied a cord between it and the desk so it does not hit the floor when it gets knocked, which happens regularly. This could come as standard.- the blue MS button brings up the start menu but it's not that useful for Windows.UPDATE: Jan 2018Still an excellent mouse. But cat hair and lint fibres etc gets trapped around the rolling wheel, which stops it scrolling consistently.Solution: using a medium sized, flat head steel screwdriver VERY gently prise-up the upper glossy black mouse cover starting AT THE REAR of the mouse, i.e. at the "wrist end bit" when holding you hold the mouse. Get this up about 5mm then gently unclip it at front of the mouse.Be gentle. Then get a cocktail stick or plastic toothpick and slide it into each side of the roller wheel. A Swiss army knife toothpick and screwdriver is perfect for this whole operation. Gently tease out all the fibres around the wheel. Re-assemble in reverse order for continued reliable use.
