Very nice addition to my home gym.
Comes in a plastic sleeve rolled up, yes. However, the complaints about not going flat, umm… Roll them up opposite the way they came, put in a tube for 2-3 days, presto they’re flat.Did get frames, and being flat went right in.Not much to say as they are just posters, but very nice to have as we can pick a workout just looking at the wall. Great for days when my wife and I are looking for something different to do or for ideas on different exercises.
