The sizes on this listing are confusing - does 3 months mean 0-3 months or 3-6 months?

With all major baby clothes brands 3 means 0-3, 6 means 3-6, 9 means 6-9 and so on. It confused the heck out of me at first too!

I assume you meant ribbed? The answer is no and the arms and legs are on the small side. Not very stretchable.
