Does the indeglo light stay on all of the time? so that you always see in the shade, twilight, or the bedroom at night? i just don't want my son to !

No, the light comes on with a press of the right hand button. The hands glow a little, so that you can often tell the time with out using the light.

Can the back of this watch be engraved?

Probably could, but cost would be more than watch is worth. Too bad they don't offer a metal band, leather is difficult to fit on wrist.

No. Its a standard 2 piece 18mm strap. I fitted a 19mm nato strap on mine and it looks much better.

Does the dial turn twist?

I just ordered this watch and it will arrive today. I have the old black model, but the date got screwed up as it was mounted to the handlebars of my scooter for a few years. On mine the bezel moves counter clockwise, but not clockwise.
