I bought this last January and put away for Christmas. It doesn't work at all even after three solid days of California sun. It seemed like a great ideal. The instructions are microscopic and nearly unreadable. I have tightening and checked all bulbs. Sadly, no light comes forth. So I will return. It was a nice idea. Considering that others seem please, perhaps this is the typical, sporadic lack of consistent quality we find in today's products.

Lights won't stay where you set it.
