Is this one of those timers that beeps with every button press?

It makes a noise when you press a button, but only beeps for the time set. I have been very happy with this product.

Does the magnet hold it to refrigerator while pushing buttons??

Good question. We hold it and set on the counter so it's nearer than the oven (the fridge is further away). Some buttons will make it wobble when I try. If you put thin pads at the corners that would stabilize it.

What are the dimensions?

About 6.5cmx5.0cm x1.0cm deep but the clip on back of it adds a little more. Or if you want inches a little more tha. 2.5 inches x 2.0 inches x.5in deep

I need a timer that, when I hit a button, it will go off every 30 seconds until I stop it, w/o having to reset every 30 sec- can this do that?

Nope, it only does a count down timer and it’ll count up but without a timer.
