would this be useful for cutting wood? i'm looking to invest on either a stationary band saw or portable. i already have the dewalt 20v batteries

I just bought this saw and married it to a SWAG mounting kit and uses it as a wood working bandsaw. I put on a 10/14TPI blade. It works great. It also works just as well cutting metal. Good luck.

من اجمل واقوى الادوات اللي اشتريتها يقطع الحديد كأنه يقطع زبده وسهل علي الشغل بشكل كبير ومركب عليه بطارية 18v 4.0 يشتغل بدون اي مشكله بدون شرار ولا ازعاج الصاروخ لازم تركز بالقطع بشكل مستقيم يعني لو معاه طاوله او قاعده بيصير القطع دقيق واسهل انا اقطع فيه مواسير حديد واعمده مربعه ومستطيله بسمك 2 ملم

Gets the job done

Hasn’t given me any problems at all and I’ve used it to cut 3.5” schedule 40 pipe with no issue. Although will say that for a faster cut using a thick metal blade is recommended , it still cut like a champ with the blade that comes with it dulled out the blade pretty quick
