Seems great! Exterior of box was slightly damaged on arrival but the internal packaging was very good and the product was well protected. Very heavy, which I appreciate because stability was my major concern buying any type of rising desk-topper like this. No assembly required! It is very solid, clean lines, nice finish, easy to lift and put down again. Dimensions are accurate; so note that while in the down position it is 2.55 inches off the surface. This works for my personal set-up, but it is a notable elevation. I think I am going to like this a lot.

This desk is a must have. As others have said, it's heavy, but very sturdy. It can be easily adjusted to a various heights with the pressure lever. The size is perfect to hold my lamp, laptop, mouse and a cup of coffee. It doesn't take up the entire desktop so I can have my phone, files, and plants on my desk (without them moving up and down). There is a very wide range of options to set the desk at, easily accommodating me (5'1") and several of my coworkers who use this (tallest person is 6'4"). I bought this 2 years ago and my office recently purchased 2 more. So far it shows no wear and tear (I adjust it 10+ times a day). It raises and lowers as easily as it did the first day out of the box. Well worth the price.

I wish I would have purchased this product a lot earlier. I researched many different types of standing desks, and tried out a few other brands that my co-workers use. I opted for the Defy Desk and couldn't be happier. The Defy Desk is simply awesome! First of all, I feel like I can concentrate so much better from a standing position...not to mention how much less fatigued my lower back feels - even after a few hours of use! Secondly, the work space is large enough to accommodate my laptop, mouse pad, and notes/resources/books to which I'm referring in my work - but still compact enough to fit on my desk. Third, it came out of the box pre-assembled and ready to go! It's incredibly easy to operate with a simple and smooth lever to place the desk in just about any position you could want. Lastly, the Defy Desk is incredibly sturdy. There's not even a hint of being wobbly when using a mouse or typing. To sum up: less back pain, perfect size, easy-to-use, and sturdy. What's not to like? I can't recommend this product highly enough.

This Defy Stand Up Desk was exactly what I hoped for when I began searching for an affordable and durable option to either stand up or sit down while working at my desk. It was easy to set up and was ready to use right out of the box, no assembly needed. I have a 23 inch monitor and a Fellowes Tilt-n-Slide Keyboard Manager (8060101) attached to it to give my keyboard and mouse (and me) more distance from my monitor while standing or sitting. The Fellowes keyboard manager attaches to the Defy Stand Up Desk perfectly and works well even when the Defy Stand Up Desk is at its lowest setting. I chose this type of stand up desk because it is one level and is more like an actual desktop verses the desktop stands with separate levels for the monitor and keyboard. With everything I have on the Defy Stand Up Desk, it goes up and down with little effort and it securely stays in place. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the quality and affordability of this Defy Stand Up Desk.

This gets high marks for sturdiness, stability, versatility in height. For those of us working from hone in the pandemic, this is an excellent option to transform your home workspace into an ergonomic office. And if you have a dedicated hone office, this is a great, affordable option for a standing desk. The one flaw in my opinion, and why we didn’t keep it, is that it’s heavy, bulky and not very portable. I’m working in my living room during the week and literally unplugging on the weekends. So I carry away my relatively light “all in one” computer every Friday night and bring it back every Monday morning. As much as I wanted to use and live the standing desk option in my home workspace, this is just not feasible for me. This is heavier than my computer, and the hassle of moving this heavy item back and forth every week just won’t work for me. So , cheesy as it it, I’ve returned this and am using a cardboard box for my standing desk platform instead - super light and easy for me to move back and forth. But if you have a dedicated, permanent office space, this is an excellent adjustable desk option.
