Relief back pain

These patches are a holly grail for my pain. There are 60 patches and inside thr box containers 3 sets of 20 patches. Take care when opening because you need to flip over the to of the sleeve a couple times to loosely 'seal' the patches. These are easy to remove and apply unlike the larger patches that come in the 6 count. These stay in place if you place them on dry skin, except they fall off quickly with sweat. I use these for neck and lower back pain directly on the source of discomfort and when I have cyclical cramping. Pretty quickly you feel the cooling sensation. Within 10 to 15 minutes I barely notice pain more often than not. These are effective for 6 to 8 hours I'd say. They remove easily and are gentle on my sensitive skin.

The patches do help with pain relief, but I wish they were larger in size. One draw back for me was the strong smell which does not seem to fade. But if smell is not something that concerns you, I would recommend them.

Wrapped one around big toe, pig-in-a-blanket style. Maybe an hour later if felt like only the top of toe was hurting - the end part not covered by the pad. So I repositioned the pad over the top of the toe, like a bridge. A few hours later the pain was much better, and in the following days it disappeared! After months of intermittent toe pain, it's gone! Just make sure you don't have any signs of infection in toe (redness etc). These pads are only for treating wear-and-tear pain, not infection.
