My guess is they say that because of the small round ammunition. When younger more likely to hit target accidentally in face so I probably wouldn’t do below 9 years old but my 10year old & 13 year old nephews have them and it’s fine

i have the nemesis already and want a nice sniper. is this gun a good for the use of sniping?

No, the Hades is great for close combat but the balls curve away like all rival balls. But for close I wouldn't grab anything else.
