I recommend this product for everyone who faces high blood pressure or cholesterol; take four tables during your daily meal—for example, two tablets at 1:00 pm and two before sleeping.

Kyolic I took more than 8 months because I had high cholesterol. My level increased and never came down, very disappointed and kyolic does not work at all.

I like this supplement mainly because it doesn't give me heartburn or garlic burps. It's always tricky for me to find a garlic supplement to take that doesn't trigger those issues for me even if I eat with taking them but these work well. I am not sure if they are helping my cholesterol as I haven't had it rechecked since using these but I feel better when taking them. :)

I've been using Kyolic Candida formula capsules for two years. When I went to reorder I mistakenly got the tablets which smell quite bad and turned my stomach. So decided to exchange those and try the cardiovasular formula because I have high cholesterol and battling. Got them fast hence the good rating. Took them the same day and ended up having an allergic reaction an hour later. Amazon was good about refunding me. Come to find our the Lecithin in this is soy based and those with peanut allergies like I have can have an allergic reaction to them. Wanted people to know that this is a good seller and the product is great, but not for those with nut allergies.

I am in my late thirties and had labs done in the summer and found out my total cholesterol was 262 (I believe my low carb, high fat diet was the culprit). My Dr was not happy with this and wanted to start me on cholesterol meds. I refused and told her to give me time to work with my diet to bring my cholesterol down myself. She agreed and gave me 3 months to get it together. After some internet research and reviewing comments on Amazon I decided to work out at least 30-60 min daily(mainly on treadmill, some weights), drink plenty of water, eat real oatmeal for breakfast (every morning) and take 2 Nature Made Cholestoff Plus pills twice daily, and 1 Nature's Bounty Fish Oil 1290 mg Mini Odorless Soft gel twice daily. I did this faithfully for 3 months and then got my labs done. I'm happy to report that my cholesterol went from 262 down to 199!!! My Dr gave me a high five and told me to keep up whatever I've been doing because it's working. My blood pressure was also lower which was a good thing. So I'm not sure if this product works alone, but I know it works great with other supplements, diet and exercise. I burp up a slight garlic afertaste sometimes with this pill.

I used garlique prior to this supplement and saw a small drop in cholesterol levels. I wanted to see if a different supplement could do better I didn't notice any difference between this and garlique so I went back to that since it is easier to buy. That being said, I had no adverse effects while taking this supplement. No smell. No aftertaste.
