It’s good case and it does do it’s job well. The problem isn’t in the case but the stand after a few months the front layer of fabric starts to pull off but you can just stick it back with glue xx.

Even though I returned this, I still gave 5 stars. Unfortunately it does not work with iPad Air 5th Gen (2022). While the size fits, the Touch ID button is partially covered, pressing it down halfway which made the screen shut off or on sporadically. Touch ID still worked, but I can’t deal with the button being halfway pushed at all times.As far as durability, it’s a slim case, not a safety drop case. So if you drop yours a lot, probably not ideal. It is a slim case, which is what I was looking for and loved that. The color is beautiful. I was sad it didn’t work. The back of the case is matte/transparent, though you cannot see the color of the iPad though it. Auto sleep/wake worked perfectly.

Fits exactly for my 2018 ipad, very cost friendly - can't be mad. One concern was that the back camera hole was rather large for my model, and would have liked the edge to be raised for extra protection. I put a ring of hard glue around the edge to make it last better.
