I've been taking these for some time and can't tell any difference. My wife says she notices a change when I forget to take them but I can't. I like how they are packaged it makes it much easier for me to keep track of what and how much I am taking.

Update: After a few weeks, I can't take these. They give me the WORST heartburn even with several glasses of water. I'ts truly awful. I’ve only taken this product for 2 days so don’t comment (yet) on effectiveness but even taking after eating a full meal, they make me nauseous and I have a really sturdy stomach, normally able to take even pain meds on an empty. I’m very hopeful after a couple weeks I’ll feel a difference from the supplements. At this price, I’m only giving it about 3 weeks to do anything. Another thing - these vitamins give me HORRIBLE heartburn almost immediately no matter how much water I drink. It's so bad I'm honestly not sure I'll continue taking them.
