Can you put a color uv gel polish over top of the builder gel? if so is there a special bonder needed?

You don't need a special bonder to put gel polish over builder gel.

Would a 48w led uv light work well with this gel? Also does the jar leak easily?

The light in my salon is 36 Watts, so your lamp should be just fine. As far as leaking, when I received the gel is was not leaking. Is very messy once opened but not when it arrived. If it came that way, I would not use it. It might be okay, but that is not what you paid for. Hope this helps!

Can this be used with an LED light?

Yes. This gel has to have a led light to cure as far as I know. That is how we used it in my salon
