I have a 104 year old grandmother who is remarkably sharp - yet technology just isn't her thing. I recently added a streaming stick and an external media player to her television so she can watch some other things that she wanted to see. However, changing input sources on her TV, while not a big deal, was a trick for her with a regular TV remote that had FAR too many buttons on it for her taste. I was looking for a SIMPLE remote that included an input source button on it for her and stumbled upon this. Programming was a BREEZE. She has an LG television, which was one of the primary brands listed here. To setup, you literally just hold the power button and the appropriate other button on the remote (corresponding to your brand) for about 3 seconds. That's it. The buttons on the remote are marked (small letters) with a code for the brand(s) - and there's a convenient chart printed right on the back of the remote. I put the batteries in it, held down the power button and the button for her TV until the light blinked (about 3 seconds), and it immediately worked perfectly. It seems as well made as any other remote, the buttons are big and responsive, and it includes that big input source button right below the power button, so it's super easy for her to use. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this for anyone with a similar need.

Works for the cable/antenna input for a Fire Insignia TV. This is also a smart TV but I just needed it to be a basic TV for my Mother. We are just using over the air channels from an Antenna. The only buttons that work are the power, volume up/down, channel up/down and mute. It is perfect for what I needed. I used the code search until I got one that changed the volume like it said, but had do this more than once cause the first one only controlled volume and power not the channels. Update- I got all the buttons to work. I had to play around with the scanning program with the volume a few times to get the right one they worked for everything on the remote. Was having issues with the power button randomly not working so you just need to be patient when setting the remote up the first week maybe.

The power button turned on my (older model) Element TV easily, it worked great for my Roku Express channels, the volume features work great! The only one drawback is the clicking noise when using it whereas my Roku remote is silent, but otherwise it's a great buy.

Much better than the Angrox brand I had bought earlier that had problems. This one works, though it has a strange thing about it: bluetooth works for everything except the power button! So you have to aim the remote at the TV for power cycling, unlike the original remote from Samsung. But otherwise it is a good remote that has been reliable for me for weeks now.

This worked great. It’s hardcoded to work with Roku. So all the Roku buttons just work (make sure you don’t have fire stick or Roku tv). The other buttons are programmable except B for some reason. I put into program mode (pressed A and B) the pressed the button I want programmed like power and aimed my old remote at it pressed power and it programmed. Did volume and mute the same way. Finally a single remote to do it all. I put a stylish bandaid on it so it’s easily identifiable as the best remote that does everything.

OK OK - I know - how could you misplace a sliver of black plastic around your house and reach a point of explosive frustration????? You are supposed to be an adult - right? Perhaps you never cared for endless treasure hunts. This is the answer - don't gasp in shock. GET an extra remote!!!! Mind blowing - I know but exactly the answer when your brain and memory join together to betray you - at always the wrong moment

The power button didn’t work for me, it was also kind of confusing to configure it on my tv. The buttons are very good though, love the layout and having an input button is stellar to have when you want to switch inputs.

I was not able to keep the merchandise I ordered unfortunately because of the age of my television this item wasn’t capable so I have to return it. The delivery was excellent and packaged well.

Funciona igual que el original, se ve igual que el original y se siente igual. De verdad no gastes en otros cuando puedes usar este más barato.

Not working in remote

Tenía mis dudas pero al usarlo me quedé fascinada, es más, funciona mejor que el original. Lo recomiendo sin duda alguna. Mi TV es Panasonic. Fue importante revisar que funcionara con el modelo de mi TV, viene una lista en la información del proveedor.
